HOW TO LEARN FROM CHAMPIONS WITHOUT COPYING THEM

The reality shows us that every person is unique in the way of moving and performing sequences of movements. Even in tennis all the champions are unique, they perform nearly the same sequences relative to a stroke, but each in their own way. In fact everyone reaches its maximum efficiency only by playing in more congenial manner to their characteristics and morphology. This is achieved by respecting the biomechanics, and of course, the rules imposed by tennis.

From a technical point of view, the game at high level must take into account, among others, the five key elements:

combined in development of FEELING

To obtain the maximum efficiency – EXECUTION SPEED and PRECISION - the player must be, from the beginning, as much as possibly relaxed.

Therefore the purpose of a trainer is to guide the players learning by respecting individual gestures and personality. The guidelines must be adapted thus each player can deliver its full potential; therefore it is unwise to impose pre-built models.

Positive suggestions, simple and logic, directed to act on the causes and not consequences thus favoring a gradual and motivating evolution.
The details and practical exercises are developed in the METHOD training courses.

It is important to underline that the terms used above may be interpreted in different ways, so it's always good to try to understand and agree on the meaning that author intended to give to each of them. Even this aspect is addressed in training courses.

FEW MORE CONSIDERATIONS

TECHNIQUE BETWEEN PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE

METHOD TT concept and its indications are the results of the years long analysis of the game transformation at the top professional level. In particular the attention is given to young players, and their coaches, to provide them with suitable tools thus allow them to develop a game oriented towards future.

The weapons of the past are insufficient in the present and will be overcome in the future.

We strongly believe and work on each player giving the same importance to technical, physical and mental aspects, having in mind that is THE PLAYER who performs, not the shots making the player. Key moments during matches prove it.
